Scott Hagberg
Founder, ONSCG
Scott Hagberg has spent more than 30 years working with automation, from his first programming and project management role in 1992 through robotic process automation to today’s agentic AI. He founded ONSCG to share what he has learned along the way and to help leaders see what technology makes possible before everyone else does.
He is a technology executive by trade and a teacher by instinct. In his day-to-day work he is the person people call when they need to think something through, not just be told an answer: technology strategy, AI governance, cybersecurity, cloud, and data, with a current focus on agentic architectures where organizations own their intelligence instead of renting it.
His background reaches across manufacturing, insurance, financial services, healthcare, and engineering. That range gave him an unusual ability to translate between executives, engineers, and end users, and a conviction that adoption is a people problem first and a technology problem second.
Scott is the author of The Ontology Methodology: How to Implement New Technology in Your Business, a practical framework for bringing new technology into an organization in a way that sticks. On stage, his style is his own: a typical keynote runs 60 minutes with a full deck and no words on the slides, only images, while he holds a custom conversation with the audience and works with AI live in the room.
Scott is an adjunct professor who teaches technology and digital skills to working learners. He describes himself as a servant leader and a technology enabler.

Nicole Hagberg
President, ONSCG
Nicole Hagberg is a facilitator who turns complex, multi-party work into delivered outcomes. As President of ONSCG, she leads the firm’s operations, and her professional craft is delivery itself: scope, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables held in alignment from intake through completion.
Her strength lives in three connected disciplines. As a Project Facilitator, she keeps every moving part aligned from kickoff to done. As a Program Facilitator, she coordinates work across business units, consultants, and executives so separate efforts move as one. As an AI Facilitator, she puts AI to practical use, turning meeting conversations into summaries, deliverables, and working artifacts, and showing teams how to adopt these tools in a human-centered way.
Her career was built in professional services, managing a portfolio of an organization’s highest-value customer relationships: client onboarding and implementation, executive and C-suite partnership, consultant coordination, and the contracts underneath it all. She built and standardized her team’s delivery infrastructure and created onboarding workflows that cut rework and gave customers a consistent, professional experience.
Colleagues describe Nicole as the glue that holds a division together, the person teams rely on when the work is complex and the stakes are high. Structure without bureaucracy. Calm without losing urgency.
Her knowledge is practical, not theoretical: project management, agile delivery, and quality assurance, learned by doing.
