Scott Hagberg
Chief Technology Officer, author, and professor, speaking on what actually changes when AI arrives in a working business.

The signature keynote is sixty minutes. Image-only slides. Live AI interaction, built in the room with the audience in front of him. No two deliveries are the same, because the talk is custom-built for each audience and worked live against the problems that audience actually has.
The spine of the talk is simple: people, process, technology, in that order. Experience cannot be taught. AI is an extension of people, process, and technology, not a replacement for any of them. Fix the mechanical waste in the work, and humans get to do the meaningful work again.

Where Is Your Competitive Advantage?
Your advantage is trapped in decisions your people already made. This is about capturing it before it walks out the door.
The Pipe Under the Building
The software underneath your business is being rebuilt by AI, and most leaders are still managing the building above it.
People. Process. Technology.
AI does not change the order. What it changes is how you lead through it.
